To protect my puppy Duke and to help him grow ever stronger I give him these pure minerals that bind to toxins he might come in contact with so they are no longer harmful, and are then removed. It also helps to kill other things that he might get infected with such as bacteria, fungus, parasites, viruses. The 57 minerals it contains are helping his bones and teeth too. Had another dog that would run off his fur by his tail in the springtime and I would put on the mineral powder and it would heal. Good for scratching too. Is a very very fine powder so you don't even know it is on their skin. Does not strain, but we don't have white carpets. Really helps any tummy or skin problems.
