[Monkey's Mommy]

I am looking for a reputable breeder in or near Western MI. I have done a lot of research on Cairns and I currently am Mommy to a wonderful little dog who is 1/2 Cairn (he was an oops baby from two rescue dogs from puppy mills). I would love to have another Cairn around. I just love 'em. I am also interested in the world of dogs shows as my neighbor has been teaching me through the showing of her dobermans. If any one has any helpful tips or information I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for taking time to help out a newbie.

CTCA breeder referrals near Grand Rapids. Note that folks listed may not necessarily be actively breeding - however they may be excellent referrals, and might help point you in good directions. If you are interested in showing you definitely may have to go farther than average to find a dog with potential - on the other had, good show homes can be hard to find, so you have that going for you. You would do well to touch bases with one or more of the regional clubs (Chicago-Suburban and/or Greater Detroit). Good luck!
