Kona had a 2 Double Q' weekend at the OTEEC earthdog test in Turner, Oregon, to earn his EE2 title! Dena Wolfe's cairn terrier bitch Alex is a new Master Earthdog. Many of my earthdog friends earned new legs and titles. It was an awesome weekend!

Kona has 24 master legs now, and somewhere around 18 Double Q's in his career.

From the Cairn's point of view, under the rainbow is a pot o' rats!

Neither Echo nor Stella had the opportunity to run with Kona this weekend so we could only appreciate his yeoman work while waiting our turn. He's a rock-solid little dog!

Dena and Bill's Alex also finished her championship last week, so she was on quite the roll, too.

Congratulations Kona and Alex. What a pretty spot! Not far from Silver Falls State Park either. I dropped by and saw the young and handsome Dundee and got to give scritches to Haggis and Stella. Thanks for that, I needed a cairn fix since I was sans dog. Hope to get there next time, maybe Spring?
