Hi,
I am starting to look for a dog. I have narrowed it down and a Cairn Terrier is at the top of the list. We want to get some info and get a jump on things. Right now my wife and I have a new home in Plainville CT, and I would like to get settled and ready for a dog in mid october. I have been a vet assistant for almost 13 years, and would like to start with a puppy. I know I am staring early but I don't want to just settle for any dog. Any help or information you can give me would be great. I have had a Cairn before, he was about 13 when he passed away about 7 years ago. I love the breed and ready to own another one. Right now we have a 4 year old, declawed, indoor cat, and no kids.
